The 1866 is built on the same multi-pump pneumatic power plant as The 900. The arm can be pumped 1 to 10 times to reach a maximum velocity of 800 FPS making it capable of long range target practice or short range, small game hunting. The 1866 is made of a thick wall ABS plastic stock with a wood grain texture. It has the appearance of wood but maintains the advantages of a fully synthetic stock. An electroplating process is applied to the butt plate and receiver to create the classic gold finish. The 1866 was inspired by the classic, lever-action repeaters of the American West. It’s a cowboy air rifle, plain and simple. It features a cast iron pump arm designed to perfectly resemble these legendary lever action firearms.
