Ordering

Ordering from DPCIwholesale.com
By placing an order through our website, you are submitting that you are ordering products from us with the intent to resale. We do not sell our merchandise to individual end users. Any order placed through our site that is determined to be not following these guidelines set forth may be canceled. Also, we have a minimum order amount of $100 to place an order. That minimum amount is based on the subtotal of products (excluding taxes and shipping).

Backordering of Products
We do not back order any products we sell. In addition, it is possible when a particular product is low on stock, we may have already sold out of it. In the case that you have placed an order for a product that is already out of stock, we will not back order the out of stock products. Instead, we charge you only for the products we have shipped, and adjust the shipping charges accordingly.

Memberships

Registering for Membership
To register for a membership on our website, simply click the "Register" button located at the top-center of every page. You will be required to enter basic shipping and billing information to create your online profile with us. Also, in order to register as a wholesale customer and legally purchase from our website, we require that you fax us your current resale tax certificate to (352)568-2232. In doing so, you can purchase at our wholesale prices and once your invoice is processed, any associated taxes will be removed from your order total. By creating an online membership, you are automatically agreeing to receive newsletter style emails from our website regarding new products and categories. If you would like to opt out of this service, please do the following:

1. Log-in to your account.
2. Click "Modify profile" at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to the "Newsletters" section of your profile and un-check the box that says "I would like to receive promotional e-mails", then click submit.

Shipping Address
Please be sure to double check your shipping address when your order is placed. Not entering the correct shipping address will delay your shipment. Also, addresses entered incorrectly will be subject to a $12.50 service fee for address changes. We will not be held responsible for any losses to a shipment requiring an address change. All orders placed automatically are shipped to the address located in the "shipping address" section of each individual order. Dropshipping

Does Your Company Offer Dropshipping?
Yes, we do offer dropshipping. However, please visit www.DropForYou.com. This website is designed with the dropshipper in mind. You will find all the same great products and prices we offer here on this site. We will no longer drop ship orders on www.DPCIwholesale.com

Shipping

Shipping Calculations
Shipping calculations on our website are only estimates. If the cost to ship the order is more than the estimated cost at checkout, one of our customer service specialists will contact you with the new amount for approval. Depending on the weights and size boxes used when packing the order, shipping costs may vary for certain items that are overweight or oversized.

Shipping on your Fedex / UPS Account
We allow the option at checkout for our customers to be billed on their own Fedex or UPS account for shipping charges. In the event that the customer refuses to pay the associated shipping charges for an order directly with the shipping company and we are billed for said shipping charges, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method for the correlating order for the billed shipping charges.

Returns

Return Policy
D.P. & Company, Inc. allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

CLOSEOUT Items
Items located in our Closeouts category, or designated as a closeout item, CANNOT be returned. All sales are final on Closeout Items.

Damaged Products
D.P. & Company, Inc. works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company.

Defective Products
D.P. & Company, Inc. carries a large variety of products and as a result the warranty varies based on which items you have purchased. Please review the warranty information below based on the category of the merchandise you are buying.

  • Airsoft Guns
    We do not warranty any airsoft guns that we sell for less than $5.00. All airsoft guns that are over $5.00 are guaranteed to work when they are opened. We cannot offer an extended warranty on any airsoft products because there are too many factors that could cause damage to the guns. The main causes for damage to airsoft guns are the use of poor quality BB’s and paintballs, or simply that the gun was dropped by the end user. In the event that you do receive a gun that is over $5.00 and does not work, please call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the situation. When we receive your claim we will issue you a RA#, and may request for the gun to be shipped back. If the gun does have a defect we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement gun or refund the shipping charges.

  • Stun Guns
    All stun guns carry a limited 1 year warranty. The only exclusions to the warranty are if the prongs are damaged from holding the button down too long, or if it has been dropped or smashed. If you receive a defective stun gun please call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to obtain a RA#. To receive a refund you will be required to send the defective stun gun back with the RA#. Once we have received the stun gun and determined it is defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

  • Tools
    All Cal-Hawk hand tools carry a limited lifetime warranty. We have a 30-day warranty on all power and electric tools that we sell for over $10.00. If you have a tool that is defective within the warranty period please call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of this problem and to obtain a RA#. If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

  • Toys
    All toys are guaranteed to work when opened. There is no extended warranty on any toys or RC products. If you receive a defective toy please call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to obtain a RA# . If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

  • Other Products
    All other products that do not fall into one of the categories listed above are guaranteed to arrive intact and in proper working condition. They do not have an extended warranty and claims must be made at the time of receipt. To make the claim please call 352-678-3661 option 2 (Customer Service) or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of this problem and to obtain a RA#. If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

Product Disclaimers

We strive to provide the most accurate pictures and descriptions of our products by photographing them all in house. However, not all product images are 100% exactly what will be received. Many of our products we get from different vendors and manufacturers, therefore while the picture is representative of the item that will be received, it is not always 100% exactly the item that will be received.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check local and state laws in his/her selling area regarding the legality of the merchandise purchased. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of any federal laws regarding the merchandise purchased. DP & Company, INC is not responsible for any injury, incarceration, or illegal sales of merchandise once an order has been shipped. When you purchase Merchandise from DP & Company, INC you agree to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the Merchandise and agree to indemnity and hold DP & Company, INC harmless from any and all claims brought to any person or entity against DP & Company, INC related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the Merchandise.

Product Shipping Restrictions

Stun Guns
Stun guns CANNOT be shipped to the following states:

  • New York
  • Massachusetts
  • Michigan
  • New Jersey
  • Rhode Island
  • Wisconsin
  • Illinois
  • Hawaii

Gravity Knives (Butterfly and OTF)
This type of knife CANNOT be shipped across states lines (interstate commerce). Therefore, they are only available for shipping within the state of Florida.
