Registering for Membership
To register for a membership on our website, simply click the "Register" button located at the top-center of every page. You will be required to enter basic shipping and billing information to create your online profile with us. Also, in order to register as a wholesale customer, we require that you fax us your current resale tax certificate to (352)568-2232. In doing so, you can purchase at our wholesale prices and once your invoice is processed, any associated taxes will be removed from your order total. By creating an online membership, you are automatically agreeing to receive newsletter style emails from our website regarding new products and categories. If you would like to opt out of this service, please do the following:
1. Log-in to your account.
2. Click "Modify profile" at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to the "Newsletters" section of your profile and un-check the box that says "I would like to receive promotional e-mails", then click submit.
Shipping Address
Please be sure to double check your shipping address when your order is placed. Not entering the correct shipping address will delay your shipment. Also, addresses entered incorrectly will be subject to an $8.00 service fee for address changes. Dropshipping
Does Your Company Offer Dropshipping?
Yes, we do offer dropshipping. However, each order placed must still meet the minimum order requirement of $50. Also, each order can only be shipped to one address.
How Do I Dropship?
Dropshipping is fairly easy to do. Just add the product(s) to your shopping cart as you would for any order. When you get to the checkout screen, simply modify the Shipping Address to reflect the name and address of your customer that we will be dropshipping to. Make sure to leave the billing information with your information. Finally, before you submit the order, type "DROPSHIP" into the "customer order notes" section. We will send your customer the product(s) as if they came from you with none of our company's information included.
Since the Order Must be $50, What Should I Dropship?
The most popular items we sell for dropshipping can be found in our Wholesale-Caselots category. These items have free shipping, so you will always know exactly how much you will have in each order. The airsoft assorted packs are the best selling items in this category, and work great for Ebay Sellers.
Shipping
Shipping Calculations
Shipping calculations on our website are only estimates. If the cost to ship the order is more than the estimated cost at checkout, one of our customer service specialists will contact you with the new amount for approval. Depending on the weights and size boxes used when packing the order, shipping costs may vary for certain items that are overweight or oversized.

Free shipping for items in the Wholesale-Caselots category applies to the contiguous United States only. Extra shipping charges will be incurred for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please Contact Us if you have any questions, or if you would like a quote for the extra shipping charges to your destination.
Returns
Return Policy
D.P. & Company, Inc. allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call 800-421-9755 Ext. 103 (Jeff Sabatula) or email DPCISales@gmail.com to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
Damaged Products
D.P. & Company, Inc. works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call 800-421-9755 Ext. 103 (Jeff Sabatula) or email DPCISales@gmail.com to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company.
Defective Products
D.P. & Company, Inc. carries a large variety of products and as a result the warranty varies based on which items you have purchased. Please review the warranty information below based on the category of the merchandise you are buying.
Airsoft Guns
We do not warranty any airsoft guns that we sell for less than $5.00. All airsoft guns that are over $5.00 are guaranteed to work when they are opened. We cannot offer an extended warranty on any airsoft products because there are too many factors that could cause damage to the guns. The main causes for damage to airsoft guns are the use of poor quality BB’s and paintballs, or simply that the gun was dropped by the end user. In the event that you do receive a gun that is over $5.00 and does not work, please call 800-421-9755 Ext. 103 (Jeff Sabatula) or email DPCISales@gmail.com to inform us of the situation. When we receive your claim we will issue you a RA#, and may request for the gun to be shipped back. If the gun does have a defect we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement gun or refund the shipping charges. Stun Guns
All Cheetah stun guns carry a limited 2 year warranty. The only exclusions to the warranty are if the prongs are damaged from holding the button down too long, or if it has been dropped or smashed. If you receive a defective stun gun please call 800-421-9755 Ext. 103 (Jeff Sabatula) or email DPCISales@gmail.com to obtain a RA#. To receive a refund you will be required to send the defective stun gun back with the RA#. Once we have received the stun gun and determined it is defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. All Cal-Hawk hand tools carry a limited lifetime warranty. We have a 30-day warranty on all power and electric tools that we sell for over $10.00. If you have a tool that is defective within the warrant period please call 800-421-9755 Ext. 103 (Jeff Sabatula) or email DPCISales@gmail.com to inform us of this problem and to obtain a RA#. If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges. Motorized Vehicles

All toys are guaranteed to work when opened. There is no extended warranty on any toys or RC products. They do not have an extended warranty and claims must be made at the time of receipt. Airsoft Guns
Consumers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase an Airsoft gun and use an Airsoft gun. A permanent blaze orange marking at the front end of all Airsoft products is a federal requirement for product distinction, and all of our products comply with this law. Any modification to this orange marking is against the law.
Airsoft Gun Packs
The assorted airsoft gun packs found in the wholesale-caselots category of our website are subject to change without notice. The changes will only occur when we are out of a particular gun, and the replacement gun will be of equal or greater value. Also, when the packs change, we immediately update the picture and description of the website to reflect the changes.
Stun Guns
Stun guns CANNOT be shipped to the following states:
